Mulit-site communications network
 
Requirement
To create and implement an Internet communications strategy which would enable Head Office, the various regional offices, site offices and roaming/mobile users, to send and receive email all with a single, corporate Internet domain.
 
The project also required a company-wide support package to work alongside the incumbent systems support staff.
 
Solution
Using the JPCiNet Communications Server as the core platform, a multi-site network was implemented. JPCi provide central main management facilities which integrate closely with the client's in-house servers. The platform also provides firewall capabilities.
 
To underpin the client's own IT staff, JPCi were contracted to provide nationwide telephone, on-line and on-site support services.
