At the time we were experiencing huge problems with our leased line provider, who is a well known Telco, as they simply did not understand the criticality of what a leased line means to us - this being always on, fast, resilient, reliable and supported! ...JPC have been our Internet Service Provider for about two years, and during that time your staff have proved themselves to be extremely helpful and efficient. Earlier this year we decided to review our connection, and investigated the services that other, much larger, companies were able to offer. However, the flexibility and fast response times that JPC have demonstrated meant that I was able to confirm that continuing with you was the right decision. In particular the IT team have been efficient, technically capable and helpful, in solving problems not only regarding Internet connectivity but also the wider issues of communications within computer networks. During the recent upgrade of our internal network we were hit by the Code Red II virus, which brought our system to a standstill for four hours. During this time your staff were always available to point us in the right direction of tracking the infected files and eradicating the problem. I am convinced that without the support of your staff our systems would have been offline for at least two days. I would have no hesitation in recommending JPC to anyone looking for a flexible and efficient ISP...
